Thanks for your question. The site has lots of open ground and an outdoor assault course for children aged 5+ with many wooden obstacles and a zip-line. There are lots of things for children to do at the Museum including a learning centre exploring the science of flight through hands-on activities. You park kinda in the middle of the site along a old runway. There is outside seating areas and plenty of grass areas. Dogs allowed in the Hangers I would guess would not be allowed. If you don’t mind leaving your dog in the Car obviously with a window down on a hot day and check often I don’t see why not. It’s not like you have to leave the site to get to the Car Park.
