Here is the 2025 preseason All-ACC football team, as chosen by the USA TODAY Sports Network — with coach, player and newcomer of the year selections.

Former coach Jimbo Fisher, who led Florida State to the 2013 national title, is joining the ACC Network as a college football analyst, the network announced Tuesday.
