Lilo & Stitch actor David Hekili Kenui Bell died on June 12 at the age of 46. According to the autopsy report issued by the Hawaii Police Department, obtained by People, four "pathological diagnoses" were listed: "acute respiratory failure, sepsis, hypertensive/atherosclerotic heart disease and morbid obesity."
