The Golden State Warriors are down 1-3 in the second round against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and with a "superman" Stephen Curry return having been taken off the table for Game 5, the Warriors will need Jimmy Butler to shoulder the team on both ends of the floor.

The Timberwolves now have a 2-1 lead after pulling out a clutch win on the road against the Warriors. Anthony Edwards turned it on in the second half, scoring 28 of his 36 points in the last two frames, while Julius Randle was a steady force throughout the game, racking up 24 points of his own.

A large part of the onus has thus fallen on Jimmy Butler, the six-time All-Star veteran forward they traded for in February. But in Game 4 on Monday, he seemed flat and had just 14 points on nine shot attempts. Head coach Steve Kerr told the media that there was a big reason Butler didn't play up to his standards.
