NATO’s new Secretary General Mark Rutte emphasized the need for increased support for Ukraine and condemned Russia’s use of North Korean troops and weapons, Iranian drones, and Chinese dual-use goods on a visit to Athens.

Rutte said NATO support was critical for upholding Ukraine's defence against the Russian invasion but that the alliance needs "to go further to change the trajectory of the conflict.

NATO members on Tuesday reaffirmed their support for Ukraine during talks with the country's officials held in response to Russia's launch of an experimental intermediate-range ballistic missile last week.

NATO countries have helped Ukraine withstand Russia's full-scale war. However, it is now necessary to change the course of the conflict, stated NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, according to The Guardian.

Admiral Rob Bauer, a senior NATO military official, has warned businesses to prepare for a "wartime scenario," advising companies to bring production back home to avoid reliance on China and Russia. He highlighted the risks of supply disruptions in case of a conflict with these nations.
