Utah appears to be the first state ready to put a full ban on fluoride in public water systems under a bill that doesn't allow cities or communities to decide for themselves.

Utah is on track to become the first state to ban fluoride from its water supply. A bill that takes away local government’s choice to add fluoride passed the state legislature and now awaits Republican Gov.

A dishwasher-sized NASA satellite was launched into space from Florida on Wednesday to identify where water - a precious resource for lunar missions - resides on the moon's surface in places such as the permanently shadowed craters at its poles.

If all goes according to plan, the Athena lander will touch down near the moon's south pole on or around March 6.

The Lunar Trailblazer orbiter's launch window opens Feb 26. It's catching a ride with Intuitive Machines IM-2 mission which is landing on the moon near the south pole. Both have instruments for looking for water.
