President of Baseball Operations Chris Antonetti provided an update on the injury and what the MRI revealed, and, all things considered, the Guardians executive gave some pretty good news on Martinez’s status. “The MRI showed a mild mid foot strain,” explained Antonetti. “It's relatively good news, so he'll just be day to day.”
