DOVER — Melanya (Melanie) Gavel, formerly of Kingston, died Jan. 4, 2013, at Watson Fields Assisted Living in Dover. She was born in 1923 in Sofia, Bulgaria, the daughter of Peter and Maria Dutschewa.
