The Avalanche embarks on a one-game road trip and travels to the Pacific Northwest to face the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday. This is the first of three regular-season meetings between the teams in 2025-26, as they’ll play in Seattle on March 12th and in Denver on April 16th.
The Buffalo Sabres visit the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 8 p.m. ET. The game airs on ESPN+. Buffalo won 3-2 on the road its last time out on Dec. 11 against the Vancouver Canucks. Seattle played on the road its last time out on Dec. 12, and fell 5-3 against the Utah Mammoth.

Matty Beniers scored on a power play with 25 seconds left to force overtime, and Vince Dunn snapped a six-game losing streak with a game-winning power play goal in a 3-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings on Wednesday night.
Nathan MacKinnon scored twice and added a primary assist to help the Avalanche defeat the Seattle Kraken 5-3 at Climate Pledge Arena on Tuesday. Artturi Lehkonen, Samuel Girard and Brock Nelson all added tallies for Colorado while Mackenzie Blackwood stopped 34 of the 37 shots he faced in net.
