3] Set your audio device as a default device Setting your audio device as the default device means that it will be the device that Windows uses to play all audio by default.

Switch to the Playback tab, select your primary audio output device, right-click and Set as Default Device. Switch to the Recording tab, right-click on Stereo Mix, and select Properties.
