Just days after clinching the AFC East title, the Buffalo Bills are bringing back a familiar face as they gear up for their playoff run. On Wednesday, the club announced that they have signed former All-Pro safety Micah Hyde.

Safety Micah Hyde has rejoined the Buffalo Bills by signing to the practice squad on Wednesday in a late-season move that brings experience, stability, leadership and familiarity with the defensive scheme to the five-time defending AFC East champions.

Micah Hyde is back on the Bills. Hyde, the safety who played the past seven seasons in Buffalo and was a defensive captain, was signed to the team’s practice squad on Wednesday. The 12th-year NFL veteran will turn 34 at the end of December.
