By sacrificing millions, James Harden landed Bradley Beal and Brook Lopez, reshaping the Clippers into possible contenders.

The Clippers seem destined to sign Chris Paul this offseason but the lack of commitment shows that another western contender needs to step up instead.

During a recent Zoom call with reporters, Clippers general manager Lawrence Frank indicated that the club is very interested in reuniting with one of the team’s own legendary former superstars.

Los Angeles Clippers general manager Lawrence Frank said Saturday his franchise is "strongly, strongly considering" the signing of free agent guard Chris Paul, who hinted last month that he wanted to return to Los Angeles.

After the Clippers officially added Bradley Beal to their roster, they have one roster spot open. Based on Frank's comments during a Zoom meeting Saturday, that spot is likely to go to Chris Paul, arguably the greatest player in the franchise's history.

The LA Clippers have had a tremendous offseason to set themselves up for contention in the 2025-26 season. They've added Brook Lopez, John Collins, and Bradley Beal while really only losing Norman Powell, giving the Clippers the talent and depth necessary to be able to compete.
