LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Another Card off the board on night two, this time it's defensive end Ashton Gillotte. Gillotte is going to the Kansas City Chiefs with the No. 66 overall pick in the third round on Friday. During his career with the Louisville Cardinals, Gillotte has 25 and a half sacks, four and a half of those came this past season.

The Kansas City Chiefs started Day 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft with eight picks, and after a savvy trade that moved them down just one spot and acquired Josh Simmons, they've added an extra pick. It shouldn't come as a major surprise after Brett Veach emphasized during his pre-draft press conference that the team needed to add depth in this draft.
