The Minnesota Twins have reinstated third baseman Royce Lewis from the injured list after a 15-game absence because of a recurrence of the hamstring strain that delayed his season debut.

Twins infielder Royce Lewis, out since June 14 due to a strained left hamstring. was reinstated from the 10-day injured list on Tuesday. The club had designated infielder Jonah Bride for assignment following Sunday’s 3-0 loss to the Tigers.

One way to help ease the load on the mound is to hit. When going right Royce Lewis can be among the best in the game. He’s often injured though, and is returning to the lineup following a trip to the injured list for the second time this season.
