With the MLB trade deadline approaching, both the New York Yankees and New York Mets are reportedly searching for bullpen help.

Several teams with postseason aspirations have reportedly been linked to Arizona Diamondbacks infielder Eugenio Suárez as the trade deadline draws closer.

The Yankees turned their sights to the infield on Saturday night, continuing their aggressive trade deadline by adding Amed Rosario. The Washington Nationals infielder comes to New York in exchange for prospects Clayton Beeter and outfielder Browm Martinez, per Jack Curry of YES.

The right-hander is set to reunite with the team that designated him for assignment less than two weeks ago after pitching one game in pinstripes.

The Yankees tweaked their bullpen on Thursday, sending a rookie down to Triple-A to make space for a new face. Right-hander Rico Garcia was added to the active roster, the team announced. The Yankees picked Garcia up off waivers from the Mets earlier this week.

Among them, former Yankees ace CC Sabathia and former Mets closer Billy Wagner, who also appeared in one game for the Binghamton Mets in 2008.

Eugenio Suárez is arguably the best offensive player who could be available ahead of the July 31 MLB trade deadline, and some of the most prominent teams in baseball are reportedly interested.
