The Atlanta Falcons made a few practice squad moves on Tuesday, signing running back Elijah Dotson while releasing kicker Riley Patterson and linebacker Tyreek Maddox-Williams. Dotson signed with the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2023.

The Eagles on Tuesday afternoon signed veteran fullback Khari Blasingame to the practice squad. They also released receiver John Ross from the practice squad injured list. Blasingame, 28, has played in 66 career games with 21 starts for the Titans and Bears but has been out of work since Oct.

The second-year linebacker had been playing the role of fullback before landing on injured reserve late last week with a knee injury.

Now in Philly, Blasingame could help the Eagles fill the void left behind by hybrid fullback/linebacker Ben VanSumeren, who suffered a season-ending injury in practice late last w
