The NFL has begun a review looking into why Rams quarterback Case Keenum was not taken out of Sunday's game for evaluation under the concussion protocol.

Rams coach Jeff Fisher, after the NFL announced it would review the circumstances around Case Keenum's concussion, said he didn't know of his quarterback's concussion symptoms.

Former UH Cougar Case Keenum will start in place of rookie QB CJ Stroud, who has yet to clear concussion protocol.
