White (shin) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Rockets, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports. White likely picked up the injury during the Celtics' 122-107 win over the Mavericks. Sam Hauser and Al Horford (toe) would be the top two candidates to enter the Celtics' starting lineup if White is unable to play.
The Celtics will be down two rotation players, so expect C’s coach Joe Mazzulla to dip into his bench. The last time the Celtics were shorthanded like this, Jaden Springer emerged off the bench in an impressive game against the Clippers in Los Angeles. Jordan Walsh and Baylor Scheierman could also see some playing time in the rotation.
