United States of America federal workers have expressed deep-seated frustrations following conflicting advice over compliance with Elon Musk’s-backed order to list their last week’s work in an email or face termination.

The Washington Post/Ipsos survey found 57% of Americans say Trump has exceeded his authority since taking office. Forty percent of respondents said he is acting within his authority. When it comes to Elon Musk, only 34% approve of how Musk is handling his role with 49% expressing disapproval.
