A third attempt by Sean 'Diddy' Combs' attorneys to get the hip-hop mogul released from prison on bail was denied by a judge.

Sean Diddy Combs, once a known Hollywood music producer, was denied bail again by a federal judge Arun Subramanian. Prosecutors had accused Combs of trying to influence witnesses and intimidate victims from behind bars and said he would pose a flight risk if released.

The court stressed rap mogul's propensity for violence in addition to evidence indicating his "willingness to skirt" rules during his stay in prison.
