A federal judge has previously blocked Abrego Garcia deportation as Trump officials plan a second removal, this time to East African nation Uganda.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been detained by immigration authorities in Baltimore. However, a blanket court order automatically pauses any effort to immediately deport Abrego Garcia and other immigrants challenging their detention.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was taken into custody Monday by immigration authorities and the Department of Homeland Security said he is being processed for deportation to Uganda.
