Fans are fans for a reason, though. It's easy to see why some Philadelphia fans (not all of them) might have expressed interest, but the Eagles drafted Carson Wentz. They eventually won a Super Bowl (LII), and we strangely never discussed Joe Flacco as an Eagle ever again. That is, until he joined the Eagles for a brief spell in 2021.

While speaking with reporters on Tuesday, Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski said that Flacco has "done exactly what we’ve asked him to do" and that the Browns "have a lot of confidence in" the 40-year-old.

The Philadelphia Eagles traded one veteran quarterback away this offseason and there's at least a chance that he could end up hitting the open market. Philadelp
