Detroit Tigers first baseman Spencer Torkelson was not named to his first MLB All-Star team despite leading all AL first basemen in home runs.

CLEVELAND -- Detroit Tigers ace Tarik Skubal will be joining three teammates in the 2025 All-Star Game on July 15 in Atlanta. To no one’s surprise, Skubal was added to the American League roster on Sunday evening. He joins outfielders Javier Báez and Riley Greene and second baseman Gleyber Torres, who were elected as starters by fans.
