Netflix remains one of the rare holdouts among streaming services offering Black Friday deals. As our friends at CordCuttersNews covered today, most streaming services are offering deep discounts, such as Hulu and Disney discounted in the US to $4.99, plus rivals Paramount+, Starz, and HBO Max down to a paltry $2.99.

Several major streaming services, including Hulu, Max, Peacock and Apple TV+, have rolled out discounted prices, introductory offers and annual plan incentives in a bid to draw in cost-conscious subscribers.

Higher fidelity audio, no lagging or buffering and, most importantly, a much more consistent and sharper image are among the main benefits, and any home cinema enthusiast who's pulled the trigger on starting a 4K Blu-ray collection will echo my sentiment.
