CBS News Texas First Alert meteorologists have issued a First Alert Weather Day​ for Wednesday due to a rainy morning.

For the next several days, North Texas will feel like late fall. Rain chances increase on Wednesday and again on Friday through the weekend.

NORTH TEXAS – Tuesday morning began chilly, with clear skies. Temperatures dipped into the 30s to 40s but some spots were feeling like the 20s to start the day. High pressure is still in charge of the upper levels leading to a sunny day on tap with temperatures topping out in the upper 50s to low 60s.

After a fairly dry November, rain is returning to Texas and parts of the Deep South for the first week of December. Here’s how much rain you can expect.
