A lawsuit that would nullify Charlottesville's recent "upzoning," which was filed by homeowners in one of the city's more affluent neighborhoods, may proceed to trial.

The Charlottesville area is already known for its natural beauty, but should it become a "biophilic region" it would more intentionally incorporate nature in its planning.
