Tennessee has lost three straight series after dropping a weekend to Auburn at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The Vols are 6-9 in their past five series.

The Tigers won the series over Tennessee, taking games one and three against the No. 12 Volunteers. Each of the wins were relatively lopsided too, and the one loss came in extra innings after the contest had to be suspended and resumed the next day.

The Tigers join a plethora of SEC squads in the top 10 of the RPI to begin the week. Auburn checks in at No. 4 behind fellow SEC counterparts Georgia (No. 1), Texas (No. 2), and Vanderbilt (No. 3), and holds the nation's second-toughest schedule behind Texas Tech.
