An investigation has closed a busy Greensboro road. According to Greensboro Police Department, Yanceyville Road is closed between Kalon Drive and Archergate Road, and the road “will remain closed for an extended period of time” because of a police investigation.

The Greensboro Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying the homicide victim who was found near Yanceyville Road on Monday afternoon. A portion of Yanceyville Road from Kalon Drive to Archergate Road was closed Monday after officers responded to a call of a body on the embankment where Yanceyville Road crosses over Lake Townsend.
