Leaders in Charleston are working to make the city more friendly for pedestrians and cyclists along Kanawha Boulevard.

A mother and father have been arrested after deputies say their almost 4-month-old baby died from having an excessive amount of alcohol in her system.

Police say the cameras will add an extra layer of protection for the officers, as well as for community members.
