Jabari Walker, who has spent the previous three seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers, will sign a two-way deal with the Sixers. He stands at 6-foot-9 and averaged 5.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 0.6 assists while shooting 51.5% from the floor in 60 games in Portland.
