No matter what I've done, ensuring it's all set on my phone, installing MTP via legacy devices as you mentioned, etc. nothing works or gets this connected anymore.

With iPhone connected to laptop via USB port & Windows 11 laptop connected to LAN via WiFi, iTunes would NOT synch Outlook with iPhone (with iTunes toggled to synch over WiFi or not.)
