The vegan cream of chicken soup recipe is on the blog! 2 cups instant rice (parboiled rice) 2 cups vegetable broth 1 batch vegan cream of chicken soup (equivalent to 2 cans of store-bought cream of chicken soup) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 1/2 cups vegan cheddar shreds 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish. 2. In prepared baking dish, add rice, broth, cream of chicken soup and broccoli florets.
