Quick & easy homemade gyros using the beef/lamb gyro meat from Costco! 🤤🥙 ✨ I warmed my pita, spread on homemade tzatziki, added the gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, onions tossed with sumac, and crispy fries. So simple and SO good! Easy Tzatziki: • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt • ½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp chopped dill (optional) • Salt to taste Mix everything together and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. #g
