He reportedly drank over 100 beers in a single sitting, and several wrestlers and friends have backed up these stories over the years. One of the most famous tales claims he once drank 119 beers (12 oz each) in six hours. Due to his massive size (over 7 feet tall and around 500 pounds), he could handle huge quantities of alcohol without showing typical signs of being drunk. Drinking was a regular part of his lifes
