Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the death of a 48-year-old male in Carlisle on Friday 24 May 2024. About 1:45pm, a 48-year-old man was riding a bicycle on Lion Street when he was approached by a 27-year-old man driving a grey Kia Carnival station sedan. Subsequently, the driver struck the 48-year-old man causing him to be dragged by the vehicle for a short distance, sustaining critical injuries.
