All you need: 300g vegan chocolate, to melt 1/2 cup soy crisps 12 large vegan marshamallows, chopped in half 6 digestive biscuits, chopped 16 vegan berry lollies/jellies (I used blackcurrant and raspberry lollies) Toppings: peanuts soy protein crisps 10 small vegan marshmallows Method: 1. Melt the chocolate and mix in the rocky road ingredients. 2. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. 3. Add the toppings. 4. Place in the fridge for 40 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
