I have not had any surgery or tummy tuck (nothing wrong with either) but instead over the past five years I have prioritized weight lifting and healthy habits. Even after the progress I’ve made in five years, I still have loose skin, stretch marks and cellulite. They have definitely lessened a little over that time but they’re still there! It’s so possible
