Let’s hear from a group of residents living at the Booneville Human Development Center (BHDC) in honor of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (DDAM). BHDC is one of five residential human development centers across the state operated by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, each of which is designed to provide a safe and inclusive alternative for clients who may need more specialized supports than they can receive in their communities.
