My little nook on Instagram: "Homemade fruit jelly is simple to make and tastes much fresher than store-bought versions. Orange juice 350g Water 100g Sugar 60g Corn flour 40g -mix the corn flour with water -In a saucepan, add orange juice + remaining water + sugar. -Lower heat and slowly pour in the corn flour slurry, stirring constantly. -Cook until the mixture becomes thick. -Pour into a greased or wet mould.
