pushing through this bulk hitting new personal bests and still holding onto my abs? doin it right this time apparently. a natural physique takes time and my road to get even to this point has been challenging. from training too long in a caloric deficit when i was younger to the days my depression gripped me so hard i couldn't get out of bed, let alone train. training too much, hitting too many reps, not counting macros. you make mistakes along the way. life gets in the way. now it seems younger
